a4u and Performance Marketing at the Online Marketing Show

a4u joins the Online Marketing show at the end of the month as knowledge partner for all things performance. Hosted by new media age and Marketing Week, the Online Marketing Show delivers inspirational ideas and advice to help make sense of the endless opportunities in digital and interactive media. This year a4u joins the new media age conference agenda offering delegates of the event an insight into Performance Marketing via a choice of three conference sessions.

Typical of the a4u event program, key speakers within the channel have been invited to discuss current trends and behaviour aimed at Networks, Advertisers, Publishers and Agencies all specialising in performance marketing. This year a4u will be hosting three sessions across the two days, the first of which discusses behavioural retargeting within affiliate marketing, held at 11.00am on Day One of the Online Marketing show, this session will examine the influence of technology based retargeting and its impact on online marketing. Joining this panel is Laurent Gibb, VP of Publishing and Licensing at myThings, Helen Southgate, Senior Marketing Manager at BskyB, and Chair of the IAB Affiliate Council, Fiona Robertson, Head of Performance Marketing at bigmouthmedia, and moderating this session will be Andrew Copeland, Client Services Manager at Webgains.

The second session hosted by a4u on Wednesday 29th June looks into the journey of launching a client across the performance marketing network. Chris Bishop, founder and Managing Director of Performance Marketing agency 7thingsmedia, will discuss firsthand the integration of a new client into this channel.

The final session hosted by a4u, discusses the impact of Mobile, and how to monetize this ever growing technology. Debating this highly talked about technology is Julia Stent, Partnerships Manager at Top10.com, Kevin Edwards, Strategy Director at UK network Affiliate Window and Buy.at, Gillian Makepeace Affiliate Marketing Manager at Debenhams and Managing Director of Vouchercloud Greg Le Tocq.

All three sessions will provide strong insight into the ever expanding performance marketing channel, discussing new technologies and current trends as well providing an overview to those new to the industry.
