Nicky will succeed R.O.Eye's founder and majority shareholder Mark Kuhillow, who has taken on a role as strategic director within the firm, based in Mancheter.
"The business is getting bigger and we’ve grown significantly in recent months.
"Because of that we are in a position where we need to focus on people’s strengths to get structures and processes in place to ensure R.O.EYE’s growth in the long-term. We have ambitious plans."
Further Business Change
Another change sees Philip Hunt, a former non-executive member of the company, becomes Chairman. These changes coincide with R.O.Eye opening a London office in Camden, whilst keeping headquarters in Manchester.
