With operations in 18 countries vouchercloud are a Global player offering consumers access to discounts and voucher codes across Mobile Web, APP and Desktop.

Vouchercloud are now seeking a passionate self-starter, able to work on your own initiative and be top of your game, initiating collaborative efforts to drive professional account management and in-turn incremental sales for our merchants.

The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of affiliate & performance marketing, be an incredible networker and possess a best in class can do attitude. Youll be both strategic in mind and hands on seeing partnership activity into fruition liaising and being responsible for account management and direction. Youll be well versed with Paid Search strategies, Omni-channel marketing and mobile.

As Head of International youll be responsible for Profit & Loss for our International territories and report to the CEO and Board on performance. Youll work with the team to define and execute strategy in each market and nurture and develop internal talent to drive results.

As a figurehead for the company youll be confident engaging with the wider community, representing the business at events, conferences and to journalists.

The senior role attracts a competitive salary and bonus scheme.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferably a bachelors degree in business or advertising.

5+ years experience in new business development, sales and/or partner management.

3+ years experience managing teams of 3 or more direct reports

Experience in online advertising or B2C e-commerce industry and technology including mobile, social and email.

Demonstrated track record of building, growing and retaining productive client and partner relationships. Must have experience executing and managing account plans that achieve revenue results.

Strong negotiation, problem solving, analytical and persuasive communication skills.

Self motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced and results driven environment.
