Role Summary

Due to the international expansion of vouchercloud in USA we are looking for someone to join our team and take responsibility for the day to day running of our affiliate activity.  This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team with an entrepreneurial spirit that has the backing and support of Vodafone PLC as majority shareholders. You will be supported and guided by an award winning team that is one of the most talented and experienced in the Performance Marketing industry

This role will take responsibility for expanding the reach of our Performance Marketing in USA, working in close tandem with our Communications, SEM and Sales teams.

You’ll have experience in managing accounts and have the ability to inspire, motivate and lead others in your team.  The role is hands on and you may be expected to liaise with, and occasionally travel to the USA.

Qualifications and pre-requisite


Have the right to live and work in the UK
Must have UK passport or equivalent to enable international travel as required
A minimum of 3 years experience within the Affiliate Marketing Sector

Lead Responsibilities

Managing the daily output of the US affiliate team, motivating and leading by example
Grow affiliate revenues in-line with business objectives / P&L projections
Investigate and confirm new revenue streams for the business through performance channels
Take full ownership of the development of our US operations, visibility and client relationships
Liaise with our PR agency to develop our visibility
Conduct team reviews
Assist in compiling revenue forecasts and reports
