As a Technical Account Manager at FusePump, you will be responsible for our client Microsoft as part of the Brand Ecommerce team. You will be working closely with your fellow Account Managers to ensure that all clients are being serviced to the highest possible standard.
Launching, monitoring and optimising client campaigns
Providing a high level of service to clients and managing campaigns with care, attention and initiative
Element Project Management
Providing timely and accurate feedback on campaign performance to clients
Proactively resolving issues and suggesting improvements to campaign performance.
Consulting on client implementations, offering advice and support with product and business knowledge
Implementing Tracking solutions across Brands retail partners.
Monitoring and optimizing all the brands data feeds.
Assisting with new client, country and/or partner launches, including data validation
Identifying and reporting issues with any products and services and working proactively to resolve these
Assisting in Quality Assurance
Checking data quality between FusePump databases vs. partner websites.
Educated to degree level, Computer Science Degree or equivalent.
A positive, enthusiastic and confident demeanour with excellent communication skills
A broad understanding of digital marketing.
Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of maintaining, building and growing client relationships
A motivated self-starter and perfectionist who is always striving to learn new skills and techniques
Ability to hit the ground running, proven success in an online and performance focused environment and experience in a similar client facing role.
A solid understanding of affiliate marketing or online advertising. You should also have had some exposure to other digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, email marketing etc.
An analytical nature, and the ability to assess campaigns, identify areas for improvement and report back accordingly.
A strong understanding of SQL
A solid base of technical skills – HTML, CSS etc
Very organised and skilled in using Excel
