The position:

As a Technical Solutions Manager you will be dealing directly with clients and working closely with our Account Management team, Product and Engineering teams, to gather and understand clients business and technical requirements. You will then plan and undertake the clients TagMan implementation across websites and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the solution, from defining statements of work, troubleshooting JavaScript issues and performing quality checks to make sure that clients are delighted with our service. You’ll also work closely with other teams to proactively identify opportunities for upgrade and enhancement.

You’ll be responsible for:

Working on multiple projects, within a team to:

Design, build and deploy TagMan across new client platforms.

Validate and debug implementations and follow through on issues until resolved.

Ensure that clients marketing campaign tracking / reporting requirements are met.

Create technical implementation strategies, statement of work and project documentation.

Project manage client implementations and stakeholders.

Communicate constantly with customers and managers throughout the project lifecycle and provide regular status updates.

Support client developers and third parties throughout the implementation process.

Work with the Account Management and Product Management Team to improve processes and product.

What are the job requirements?

BA/BS degree or relevant industry experience.

At least 2 years Client or Professional Services experience.

Experience with tagging technology.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Project implementation and methodologies experience.

Competency in HTML / JavaScript, cookies and knowledge of online ad serving / web analytics / affiliate platforms

2 + years ad ops / trafficking

Web analytics / affiliate implementation background
