The Role


This role will see you working closely with our Head of Performance Marketing, Senior Partnerships Manager and our vibrant PPC team. It sits under the ‘partnerships’ wing of the team, as you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering top class account management and strategy across all of our performance accounts. The key focus is on client retention, relationship development and client upsell.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities


Client retention and happiness


·         {C}{C}{C}Building and maintaining core relationships across performance PPC accounts

·         {C}{C}{C}Ensuring client reporting needs are met

·         {C}{C}{C}Ensuring new offers are setup and launched

·         {C}{C}{C}Working with the analyst team to ensure performance targets and KPI’s are met

·         {C}{C}{C}Shouting about and pulling together compelling material and stats to keep business


Client Strategy


·         {C}{C}{C}Owning account strategy on key accounts

·         {C}{C}{C}Creating clear strategies and action plans for client meetings

·         {C}{C}{C}Ensuring that all client data is up to date and tracked

·         {C}{C}{C}Assess risk, create internal client KPI’s, and track investment

·         {C}{C}{C}On-boarding of new client campaigns

·         {C}{C}{C}Ensuring that new site builds are on-schedule and on-track


Opportunity Seeking

·         {C}{C}{C}Pro-actively look at new opportunities with existing clients

·         {C}{C}{C}Sell in new keyword activity, new products, PPC models, international activity

{C}{C}{C}{C}·         4 + years of digital Account Management experience within a digital or media agency.

{C}{C}{C}{C}·         Lively leadership style and ability to motivate and share knowledge with a dynamic Performance team.

{C}{C}{C}{C}·         Solid all-round knowledge of digital marketing, with a specific knowledge of PPC campaigns.

{C}{C}{C}{C}·         Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

{C}{C}{C}{C}·         A high standard of written and spoken communication.

{C}{C}{C}{C}·         Excellent organisational and time management ability.

{C}{C}{C}{C}·         Fantastic drive and enthusiasm, with strong negotiation skills and an engaging and dynamic personality to boot!
