  • Be knowledgeable on aspects of publisher programs that can be directly influenced, e.g. user growth, click optimisation, return on investment and revenue targets.
  • Successfully articulate publisher marketing concepts, program status and issues to a diverse audience; including the wider Account Management team and Sales.
  • Be a confident and effective influencer at a senior level, both internally at Webgains and with existing and prospective clients.
  • Be considered an expert by peers in at least two to three verticals (fashion, travel, finance etc.).
  • Represent Webgains at relevant industry events

  • Play an active role in the development of objectives and KPIs for the account management team and be committed to their success.
  • Support progression and development of more junior team members by identifying strengths and weaknesses and tailoring personal KPIs, as well as looking out for wellbeing and workplace satisfaction
  • Manage 2-3 junior team members, one of which is likely to not be based in the UK
