Affiliate Manager: Maternity Cover role from now till mid-September. 4 days a week – 2 of which must be in office, other 2 can be remote if mutually agreed. Reporting into Marketing & E-Commerce Director, working within Marketing team

The Savile Row Company is a clothing retailer for Men and Women which has been establish ed for over 75 years and has an online store and catalogue.

Job Overview:

The role of the Affiliate Manager is to generate revenue from partnerships through the affiliate performance channel, using their marketing experience and knowledge of e-commerce to develop relationships and identifying new prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining relationships with our current affiliates, developing and monitoring their activity

2. Scheduling promotions with particular attention to seasonality, stock levels and company revenue objectives

3. Weekly communication to all affiliates via email and network blog entries informing on any enhancements, products, promotions and points of interest

4. Analysis and reporting of program sales and costs

5. Negotiating with publishers and motivating them to perform

6. Produce and manage creative briefing for the design team, bespoke and generic creative, display banners and brand imagery for publishers

7. Working collaboratively with the affiliate network to improve program success, optimise and keep up to date on industry developments

8. Maintain all touch-points for publishers including T&Cs;, creative banners, text links, generic voucher codes and communication

9. Identify and recruit new publishers to the program

10. Reactivate and incentivise inactive publishers

11. Grow UK market sales and re-introduce a program in the US

12. Keep on track with financial payments to affiliate network and partners

13. Monitor, report and where appropriate act on competitor campaigns and promotions

14. Identify and implement other opportunities or partnerships to enhance the performance channel

15. Review and maintain contracts with suppliers (affiliate networks, partnerships)

16. Work closely with all internal stakeholders to keep abreast of collection launches, new products, stock levels, delivery, design and communication


– The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, proactive and motivated, with a passion for ecommerce

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Knowledge and experience of performance marketing/affiliate marketing, ideally in B2C retail environment

– Able to develop positive internal and external relationships

– Good organisation skills and attention to detail

– Strong commercial awareness
