We are now looking to hire a new Sales Manager who will be responsible for targeting new business opportunities in the online marketplace and will be focused on establishing relationships with new clients directly and via digital marketing agencies.

As our new Sales Manager you will be working as part of a specialist sale steam focused on a consultative approach based on understanding the potential clients business and tailoring our approach with bespoke and appropriate solution.

We expect

  • You would need to be able to hit the ground running quickly, so you will have proven success in an online and performance driven environment and experience from working in a similar field-based sales role.
  • You will be educated to degree level and it would be advantageous if you have a business related or marketing degree.
  • Your strength is in building lasting relationships with new contacts and an engaging, natural, empathetic communication style is the key to achieving your goals. Success in this role involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others, results are only achieved with and through your colleagues.
  • You are comfortable with developing relationships with multiple stakeholders in your target companies, writing proposals and presentations, leading pitches and client meetings and setting expectations. You will be expected to develop a well rounded understanding of the technical capabilities of the CJ platform to provide clients with sufficient insight during the sales process. The role involves a wide variety of tasks and the goals and requirements can often change quickly. Your ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt is critical to your success.
