Our client is an award winning digital ad technology business who lie at the heart of RTB, Big Data and Rich Media Ad Serving. Headquartered in New York they have a rapidly expanding business in EMEA and the team in London drive growth and take responsibility for the EMEA region. They are looking for a Client Services Manager to manage partnerships with SSP’s, DSP’s, Exchanges and Ad Networks.
- Managing day-to-day relationships with media agencies, trading desks, DSPs and brands
- Reviewing and evaluating client campaign performance metrics
- Preparing client reports and presentations with insights derived from campaign results
- Assisting in implementation and technical troubleshooting of new and existing campaigns
- Communicating customer needs and business opportunities to account and product development teams
- Collaborating with sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with existing clients
- Experience in a client-facing role at an online media company or digital agency
- Familiarity with the display, ad tech and/or online advertising industry
- Positive, professional demeanor and experience leading conference calls and in-person presentations
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced business environment
- Comfort working with large data sets to identify trends and other insights
- Desire to take on increasing responsibility and grow pro
- Enthusiastic about technology and startup environment
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
