We are looking for a resourceful, proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented individual who can lead the affiliate and strategic partnerships across the UK. It is the Senior Account Managers responsibility to implement the account and recruitment strategy for the eBay Partner Network in the UK. They will act as the primary client and affiliate contact and be responsible for maintaining strong publisher relationships.

The role is defined by the following requirements:

At least 3-5 years experience working in affiliate marketing

Identify, negotiate and close partnerships across multiple verticals and internal departments supporting general growth and product initiatives

On-going management and optimisation of top-performing key partners and affiliates, responding to inbound affiliate queries from the managed affiliate base, providing resolutions where required

Be able to think strategically and independently act on that thinking

Able to develop and maintaining a working management and recruitment pipeline

Have the ability to adapt to a constantly changing publisher environment and make recommendations on portfolio development

Contribute to a process framework to optimize cross-border coordination in an international programme

Represent eBay Partner Network in publisher meetings

Research and test commercial affiliate opportunities

Delivery of monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Co-ordinate and lead weekly client conference calls providing updates on partner development progress and weekly activity

Implementation and recommendation of vertical specific account strategies and initiatives

Compilation and presentation of Quarterly reviews

The candidate should also be willing to travel within Europe several times each quarter.

Education

Bachelors Degree required/preferred, ideally with a focus on business and/or ecommerce

Excellent computer literacy including advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel

Fluent spoken and written English, additional language skills a benefit
