Candidates will have a strong background in eCommerce & internet marketing with in-depth experience of affiliate marketing. The primary role is to initiate & present ePN objectives and initiatives to affiliate partners in the UK, FR, IT, ES & FR markets, which align with eBays primary goals. It is also the Account Directors responsibility to coordinate and manage the eBay account team members and ensure that they are integrating effectively with the ePN internal and international team. This person is charismatic and curious, thinks creatively, is uninhibited in trying new angles and overcoming obstacles, embraces data in the decisions they make, and wants to work with the best

The role is defined by the following requirements:

Their input is largely in the back ground, ensuring that the entire team is achieving the overall goals as set by the ePN Marketing Team. Importantly they will monitor the results across the ePN account and the impact, which R.O.EYE are having on them. They will act as senior personnel and will have overall ownership of the ePN/R.O.EYE relationship this includes delivering feedback to on a high level raising any concerns, issues or suggestions.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 5 years experience in affiliate/online marketing

Proven track record of successful client and team relationship building, including strong networking skills

Advising and managing account strategy and direction

Focusing on the programmes results and the areas which can influence performance

Coordination and implementation of account initiatives and strategies

Integration and extraction of value from International eBay Agency Teams

Drive innovation by monitoring internal needs, industry trends and competitor actions for new ideas

Account process implementation and review

Personal development of R.O.EYE eBay account team members

Coordination of account management and operational support

Escalation point for client queries

Delivery of monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Account quality assurance and review

An in depth understanding of the market and industry as a whole

The ability to present information to a multinational group in a clear and concise manner

The candidate should also be willing to travel within Europe several times each quarter


Bachelors Degree required/preferred, ideally with a focus on business and/or ecommerce

Excellent computer literacy including advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel

Fluent spoken and written English, additional language skills a benefit
