Paid Sales and Marketing Internship (6-month placement)

The platform uses AI to understand real-time signals from users onsite behaviour to deliver the right deal to the right customer at the right time, to achieve the advertiser’s goals.
It works by personalising offers on a retailer’s site and off-site which are designed to deliver incrementally and prevent customers leaving to look for deals on competitors.
The platform is uniquely used by each retailer to deliver their specific goals, which often include; more new customers, higher AOV, and conversion rates.
RevLifter is available worldwide, rapid to integrate and paid on performance.
We currently work with retailers in UK, US, Australia and Germany with ambition to be in many more territories.

If so, you might be a great fit for RevLifter. We’re looking for a self-starting Sales & Marketing Intern on a fixed term contract to primarily support the new business and marketing team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an appetite for growth within a fast-moving business.
This role will suit a graduate/entry level candidate who is passionate about digital marketing.
The responsibilities include leading prospecting campaigns, marketing campaign performance monitoring and reporting in conjunction with the marketing department; following up on sales pitches and managing the business pipeline in our CRM system.The position will require excellent organisation and attention to detail to ensure prospect records are kept up to date.
The right candidate will be learning essential digital skills whilst directly impacting the success and growth of an exciting, innovative, digital start-up.
Building core sales decks for SME and enterprise pitches
Market analysis for prospective leads
Support sales in hitting their annual revenue target through proactive outbound marketing campaigns, that are measurable through our website CRM platform [lead tracking]
Manage the maintenance and smooth running of our CRM system – updating records and key stakeholder information
Ensuring that new sales leads and existing leads are moved along the sales pipeline
Assist in pitch preparation and follow up
Facilitate the summaries and actions from internal meetings
Social media management – increasing followers/engagement and scheduling content for Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Weekly and monthly reporting – general campaign reporting on a monthly basis – website traffic, social media and PR.
Events – support pre-event planning and post-event communications through CRM system
Research – being proactive and putting forward ideas for events and key campaigns
Being in charge of the emailing campaigns, both outbound sales and marketing emails
BA/BS degree or equivalent (recent graduate or current student)
Demonstrates a passion, drive and a keen eye for detail
High willingness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Highly ambitious with a desire to learn a lot and learn it quickly
Understands when to involve senior colleagues and line management to support on key decision within the role.
Ability to position products against competitors through clear examples, both illustratively and verbally when building sales decks.
