We are a fast growing and dynamic digital media agency run by an experienced management team, who have a passion for digital.   We’re looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial  PPC professional to join the team to not only help manage our clients PPC accounts but also take an active role in building the team into a thriving business unit.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take on full responsibility for the running and growth of a key part of our business.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day to day management, optimisation and growth of our clients PPC campaigns as well as working closely with our affiliate and display teams to ensure an integrated offering to our clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a market leading PPC product that becomes recognised for its excellence
  • Managing clients PPC budgets effectively, providing detailed analysis and insight to improve performance
  • Managing our clients expectations to the highest level
  • Ensuring all campaigns deliver in line with our clients objectives
  • Keeping up to date with industry news and developments and sharing this with the team and our clients
  • Creating and evolving our agency PPC credentials
  • Taking an active role in finding and winning new business
  • Ongoing strategic reviews of all PPC campaigns
  • Representing the agency by speaking at events, attending industry functions and publishing thought leadership white papers
  • Maximising the relationship between paid search and other channels by working closely with the whole agency team

Skills & Experience

  • At least 12 months experience of hands on PPC management
  • AdWords qualified
  • Analytical and excellent attention to detail
  • Clear eye for what is working well and what needs improving
  • Knowledge of bid management tools would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics
  • Good communication with clients
  • Pro active team player with a keen eye for detail
  • Entrepreneurial with ambition to build a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
