We are looking for a qualified professional to lead our marketing and public relation activities which play a critical role in the overall success of the company. As a Head of Marketing and PR Manager you will create a comprehensive marketing and public relations plan for TAB. The position is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing and PR on the corporate B2Blevel. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee all marketing materials and company website

• Create and implement annual plan for all marketing and public relations activities

• Plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns

• Develop and maintain departmental budgets and expenditures

• Establish and maintain proactive relations with both print and electronic media to keep them informed on our activities

• Develop methods for improving communication with public

• Enhancing various marketing initiatives by managing social media presence, blog and similar

• Reinforce company brand and create positive awareness of the company

• Leverages all cross-promotional and messaging opportunities

• SEO

• Research industry trends and perform analysis of marketing data

• Keep sponsorship relationships active and productive

• Handle the production and distribution of internal and external newsletter, news releases, advertising, online/offline articles, videos and other promotional material

• Coordinate TAB´s presence on events, fairs and trade shows

• Develop branded materials as needed - presentations, template, reports, case studies and other supporting materials

• Brief and manage third party providers and agencies to help and support all activities executed with an external party

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Bachelor´s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing or related field

• 3-4 years of marketing, public relations and/or marketing experience

• Demonstrated media relations experience, including existing media relationships

• Ability to think creatively, work independently and prioritize

• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence across all levels and functions

• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines

• Experience and knowledge from mobile advertising industry

• Professional level of written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated, driven, flexible, adaptable, initiative and a team player

• Fluent in both English and German
