Quantcast is hiring a Marketing Assistant to provide a broad range of support to the UK Marketing team.

It will be a short term contract for 3 months, 2 days a week.



  • Supporting the team in organising Client Summits  by researching  activities, booking  restaurants, hotels, putting  together client packs
  • Stock take of all collateral & mailing collateral to other EMEA offices
  • Processing invoices and contracts
  • Updating budget tracker (cross check all invoices against tracker)
  • Managing guest lists for client entertainments/events
  • Setting-up team meetings
  • Booking a large number of restaurants, bars, client activities throughout the Xmas period
  • Assisting at client events – setting up branding



  • Two years’ experience on a similar position in a professional environment
  • Thorough knowledge of general office procedures
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong PC skills (pack office, outlook, internet etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills a must
  • Highly responsible and assertive
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise assignments and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Work well under pressure and to deadline
  • Cheerful, and professional disposition
