Your responsibilities would include:

  • Secure new campaigns and enhance long term cooperation
  • Analyse past campaigns’ performance and constantly develope ideas for future opportunities
  • Develope key affiliate relationships necessary for the successful management of assigned programs
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Attend appropriate networking events to enhance client relationships and develop new partnerships
  • Work independently to insure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

The qualities we are looking for are:

  • 2 years+ account management experience in a similar role
  • Established network and strong communication skills including a proven track record of successful client and team relationship building
  • Understanding of different affiliate and publisher types and how they work
  • Understanding of stats and analytics and the ability to make improvements to partnerships and performance
  • Sufficient knowledge to provide useful advice to merchants on how their programs can be improved
  • Effective handling and mediation of issues within assigned accounts
  • Enthusiasm and drive, willingness to learn and support senior team members
  • Proven ability to multi-task, deliver results
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
