Twist Digital are recruiting for an enthusiastic and passionate Junior Affiliate Manager to join their team. Twist own and run 4 affiliate networks, 3 niche (MoreNiche, ImpactFive, PetOffers)and one generic (Paydot) as well as a number of other platforms. 

Their affiliates are mostly content based (as opposed to voucher affiliates etc) and add value to the merchant’s brands. Twist pride themselves on the support they offer to both merchants and affiliates.

This is a hands-on role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of their affiliate programmes as well as developing strategies for them (with help and guidance). We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills that can work as part of a team as well as on their own to deliver and grow their programs.

Twist is different to other networks, we let our Affiliate Managers choose the programs they work on as well as ensuring they don’t have more than 5 merchants at any one time to work on. This allows them the time to grow the campaigns and to work proactively with merchants and affiliates to build strong relationships.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a marketing degree or similar as well as working on their own affiliate campaigns/ digital projects in their own time.

Responsibilities Include:

Working with clients to market their brands
Campaign creation (affiliates, onsite, re-marketing)
Assisting our support team with client and affiliate enquires
Recruitment of affiliates and maintenance of client relationships
Liaising with 3rd party teams for SEO, creative and copy
Implementation of new marketing strategies whilst managing existing campaigns
Successfully managing client relationships (weekly reports/meetings)
Other ad hoc duties as required

You should be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent level of written English
Affiliate marketing experience
Other forms of online marketing experience
Understanding of good online copywriting
Professional verbal and written communication skills
High standard of organisational and planning skill with the ability to work to strict deadlines
Basic understanding of HTML / web creative
Self-motivation / dedication
Able to work hard to hit pre-arranged targets
