Germany with over 700 experts in 10 companies, we focus on providing 360 degree services in digital marketing, including media, CRM, consulting, branding, data analytics and more.
We are looking for a qualified professional to lead our business development in the USA and to facilitate our sales and revenue generation efforts. The Director of Business Development will be in charge of the whole US sales force, including sales pipeline of advertising agencies and direct clients, communications and optimization of our clients campaigns.


• Manage the P&L for the US region
• Reporting directly to our VP of Global Business Development and Monetisation
• Building the TAB brand in the region by creating and executing your localised sales strategy that also includes new markets
• As the lead contact for our US business, your main responsibility is to both strategically and operationally grow our advertiser portfolio
• Strategize and execute the localization of TAB’s offering by expanding into new markets
• Close trading deals with direct app clients, agencies, (independent) trading desks and mobile networks
• Assist various teams with campaign launching by communicating client expectations through key performance measurements, client needs, identifying barriers and obstacles prior to campaign commencement
• Up-sell and cross-sell clients on new or existing company related products
• Represent the TAB brand at conferences as an attendee, speaker and exhibitor


• Experience in mobile performance marketing industry
• University degree in a corresponding field
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Competence in both independent and team work with an initiative approach and full ownership
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and effective problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to conduct comprehensive client-facing research
• High level of professionalism, business acumen and work ethics
• Ability to develop persuasive pitches
• Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced company environment
• Good written and spoken knowledge of English, second language is a plus
