Over the past two years mobile commerce has experienced incredible growth. With more advanced smartphones being launched coupled with greater connectivity through these devices, the way consumers are accessing the internet has changed. With mobile commerce on the rise, there has become a need within the business for a dedicated, mobile specialist.

The Senior Mobile & Emerging Channel Specialist will be responsible for leading our mobile proposition and will be working closely across other business units to ensure our mobile proposition is best in class.  In addition, in time the role will progress to providing strategic advise and project management regarding other emerging channels which may help close the online to offline loop.

A key objective of the role is to ensure that we are the leading performance network when it comes to m-commerce.  This will ensure we are maximising revenues from our exiting partners as well as exploring the opportunities to do so with new ones.

The role will touch many areas of the business and offers the right candidate a tremendous opportunity to shape Affiliate Window across a relatively new area for us.

The candidate chosen must be approachable, personable and have an unblemished, ethical image enabling them to appropriately represent the Affiliate Window brand both publicly, at industry events, and privately in regular client and sales meetings.

Given the role is setting up a new proposition for Affiliate Window, the Senior Mobile & Emerging Channel Specialist will need to be a self starter with the confidence and ability to lead. The ability to research and develop the mobile proposition from the off is a crucial skill for the role. In addition, the candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking, project management and arbitration skills enabling them to successfully coach and gain buy in from internal and external stakeholders.  

You must be an experienced account handler with at least four years’ experience who holds a strong track record of exceeding client expectations in delivering the highest quality work. Your strengths will lie in understanding how our client base can benefit from mobile commerce and have the ability to not only develop, but to sell in these solutions. 

It is essential you feel confident at initiating and selling in solutions at a senior level both internally and externally.  

Your role will require you to work closely on existing and new business opportunities in a flexible and effective way to provide a market leading mobile proposition.
