ABOUT YOU

You want to be part of a rapidly growing company operating in the events and digital marketing space. You are keen to learn and use your existing organisation and administrative skills to help support the business growth. You’ll be reporting directly into the Head of Agency services and you will be able to work independently to deliver tasks assigned across all aspects of the affiliate marketing function to help the team reach the overall revenue targets as set by the client’s we manage. You’ll have excellent communication skills, be a fast learner and able to research and sell and engage in active conversations via oral and written (email, skype, social chat) 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment and outreach to engage new affiliates to promote our client brands online 

  • Account manage and support existing affiliates to promote our client brands 

  • Liaising with online publishers and other affiliate partners via email, phone, newsletters and forums

  • Developing promotional campaign briefs and curating new banner, content and campaigns for use in online campaigns and other supporting marketing activities

  • Supporting key affiliate marketing messages and coming up with creative ideas, to retain and engage our target audiences online;

  • Monitoring, tracking and evaluating all affiliate marketing activity and campaign reporting daily, weekly and monthly. 

  • Working with marketing services teams and web development teams to deliver marketing assets that optimise marketing campaigns to drive new customer sign ups to our client brands via their affiliate sites;

  • Creating exciting quarterly affiliate promotions and incentives to keep existing affiliates actively promoting the brand on their sites

  • Monitoring and participating in main affiliate marketing forums and events to strengthen existing affiliate relationships – locally and abroad as required;

  • Front line contact with existing affiliates – handling customer queries, administration in the tracking platforms , managing incoming emails and commercial negotiations as well as  updating FAQ responses

  • Supporting the Head of Agency services with administrative tasks as required

  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions and conference events; locally and abroad

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 

Education:

  • University degree

 

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Ideally sales or customer service experience 
  • Experience working to targets and deadlines
  • Experience with managing reporting, communications or lead tracking systems
  • Understand online marketing and media placements
  • Analytical – able to read spreadsheets and understand how numbers translate to performance metrics and KPI
  • Experience with Google Drive, WordPress, and other CRM and Time Management systems
  • Ability to work accurately and under pressured deadlines
  • Strong sales and customer negotiation skills;
  • Experience creating and executing marketing or lead generation campaigns
