An exciting opportunity for a talented and hungry digital marketer to work with some of the biggest and best brands in the world surrounded by talented and dynamic people in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Day-to-Day management of international affiliate programmes

– Develop and execute marketing strategies in-line with client and channel objectives

– Awareness of key trends within digital

– Manage online analytics tools, providing reporting and analysis and overseeing adoption of new tools

– Recommend new marketing ideas and campaigns

– Manage and develop your team

– Supporting the directors in the team in developing the larger accounts whilst taking ownership of your own

– Providing regular affiliate performance reports with detailed analysis and recommendations

– Ensuring publishers tracking is correct and assisting with any problems

– Build client relationships

– Build publisher relationships

– Involvement in pitch and new business work when required

– Involvement in IAB and other external initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

– Enthusiastic and committed individual passionate about the digital industry

– Strong analytical skills

– Excellent attention to detail

– Outstanding communication skills

– Comfortable presenting to all levels

– Great negotiation skills

– Self-starter with an entrepreneurial sprit

– A strong understanding of affiliate marketing

– A good understanding of the digital landscape and role affiliate marketing plays

– Experience of managing people would be a benefit

– Additional languages would be a benefit but not a prerequisite
