Day-to-day Advertiser Account Management:

  • Manage & optimize advertiser’s campaigns in order to maximize their ROI.
  • Negotiate terms of existing and future campaigns.
  • Ensure clients’ satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage advertisers’ billing on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Prepare performance reports, track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities from our Advertisers.
  • Properly test, upload, activate, and optimize offers

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 1+ years prior experience in Affiliate management- a must
  • High English level- a must; Native English – big Advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business senses.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a fast paced, quota driven environment.
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills and excellent attention to details.
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Results and goals oriented approach
  • Proactive work ethic, ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, and collaborative environment.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and implementation skills.
  • Ability to understand and verbalize technical language involved in affiliate implementation.
  • Minimum 1 year online marketing experience.
  • Working with International companies/clients- required.
  • Specific experience focused on online affiliate marketing is a major plus.
  • Knowledge of online tracking methods such as cookie pixel tracking is a major plus.
  • Service and results oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven team player.
  • Ability to manage and grow relationships with advertisers in a highly competitive market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in a second language is a BIG plus.
  • The employee shall ensure that all Avaz and Clients/Customers information will be kept strictly confidential at all times.·
