Here at Tech Essence, we provide marketing technology in the form of Marketing Town, a tracking and analytics platform we developed completely in house. We provide this technological wonder of a service to a number of different media outlets, including Media Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Digital Consultancies, Call Centers and Direct Marketing companies, along with a multitude of others.

The Position:

The Account Management team is accountable for the direction, organisation and delivery of digital marketing activities for our clients. We are the owners of Tech Essence’s day-to-day relationships, and we ensure that the company delivers flawlessly against client objectives on each and every campaign and account.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate most, if not all, of the below:

Planning & buying experience -
A large part of the work will revolve around managing clients’ media budgets for advertising campaigns, so experience with media planning and buying is a must.

Lead generation campaign knowledge -  
The majority of the campaigns you will be working on are based around lead generation for clients, so experience in this field would help.

Ability to generate relationships with clients / customers with ease -
You will be spending a lot of time contacting and meeting existing with clients and prospects, so being able to create a relationship and being likable is very important.

Technical problem-solving skills -
Being able to work out why something has gone wrong whilst remaining professional to clients and remaining calm within the office.

Phone and email confidence -
Excellent email and phone communication skills are required as there is a lot of communication involved within this position. Lack of experience with these is not an issue, but being able to speak and type confidently, politely and clearly is a must.  

Eye for detail -
A strong part of account management at Tech Essence will be managing clients’ advertising campaigns, so being able to spot irregularities in campaign reports is very important. Working out why such irregularities occurred and how to prevent them from happening in the future is also a big part.
