Account Coordinator

Summary:

Dealmoon is the largest shopping advisory site for Chinese Millennial and Gen-Z expats to both look and shop their favourite brands. Originating in the US 12 years ago, Dealmoon now has over 450 employees in 8 different countries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling all incoming beauty and fashion queries from network account managers.
• Work closely liaising with affiliate networks on general promotions.
• Attend client meetings under supervision to gain further insight into the industry.
• Ensure all CPA’s are maintained at the designated level throughout the year.
• Ensure all clients are actively on our CRM (Salesforce) and updating store ratings quarterly.
• Create post-campaign analysis reports sharing screenshots of activity.
• Align with our editorial team regarding campaigns and reporting feedback.

Required skills:

• Analytical and strategic marketing skills.
• 1+ years of online marketing/direct marketing experience with a focus on client service.
• Demonstrated success in measuring results.
• The ability to prioritize and strategize based on company’s goals.
• Tech savvy; comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint for client-facing reports, analysis and presentations.
• Exemplary written and oral presentation and a talent for presenting.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing field preferred but not essential.
• Previous knowledge/familiarity with Affiliate/Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience in using Salesforce.
