Exciting news has emerged that award-winning, Vancouver-based affiliate marketing and program agency, All Inclusive Marketing (AIM) will be joining Vision7 International as part of its acquisition.

The confirmed deal adds to Vision7’s extensive portfolio of media, creative, PR and marketing abilities, and solidifies its expansion into the performance marketing space.

“The marketing landscape is evolving towards more accountable, performance-based solutions that bridge media, creativity and data – all the while rooted in business outcomes,” said Joseph Leon, CEO, Media at Vision7; “In All Inclusive Marketing, we have found a partner at the forefront of this evolution, with an innovative and highly strategic approach to affiliate marketing and an inspiring entrepreneurial culture, directly aligned with our vision. Moreover, Sarah has been named to Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 under 40.

“Since 2009, AIM’s goal has been to set the standard of excellence in affiliate program management. We have been searching for the right partner to scale that ambition globally, while remaining true to our values: a people-first business with a focus on incredible client care – we’re thrilled to have found that partner in Vision7,” said Sarah Bundy, CEO of AIM.

“As performance marketing becomes central to any modern CMO’s strategy, we’re excited to tap into the tremendous opportunity this presents for best-in-class performance businesses, and bring our global vision and growth plans to life.”

As part of the merger, AIM CEO Sarah Bundy will join Leon’s executive team and AIM will sit alongside esteemed Vision7 Media brands, such as Cossette Media, Jungle Media and Magnet, extending the group’s capabilities in affiliate and performance marketing.

Most acquisition-rich year

While the global pandemic has impacted multiple markets and budgets around the world, the latest in line of business acquisitions and mergers within the affiliate marketing industry continues to grow, proving the channel’s resilience and financial worth in adapting to the current climate.

AIM is the latest in several companies that have been acquired in 2020, in addition to BrandVerity and Pepperjam being acquired by Partnerize, TUNE by Constellation Software, Skimlinks by Connexity, Commission Factory by Awin and more.

How will all of these moves play out in the long run? One thing is for certain, if it was ever a time to utilise performance marketing, this is now the time.
