A new infographic by agile marketing software company Kenshoo reveals the impact mobile has had on search advertising this year.
The second quarter of 2015 saw the share of search ad spend and clicks taken by mobile reach an ‘all-time high’ in the EMEA region.
Mobile devices accounted for 41% of all clicks on search ads within Europe, Middle East & Africa, and over a third of all spend in this channel throughout Q2.
Spend on ads targeted at smartphones have grown by close to half last year’s, while clicks and impressions on these devices have increased by over 50%.
