Within the last six months/year, what stands out as the company’s major milestones? 

clickBakers was launched in January this year, and within the past six months has initiated considerable traction and clients’ attention. We have a lot of marketing activities planned for the rest of the year, so you’ll definitely be hearing about and noticing clickBakers to a great extent.

What are your main job responsibilities?

Overall management and leadership of clickBakers’ team, active participation on ideation and product improvements, representation of the company at events, etc.

Take us through what you get up to on a typical working Monday: 

One of the first activities on Monday is checking statistics and the overall past week’s performance followed by internal meetings. I deal with all important internal issues during the beginning of the week so I have time to focus on improving the service and product related issues as the week unfolds. 

What top three websites can you be found browsing during your lunch hour?

During the lunch hour, I usually go for lunch! But when I´m in the office I tend to check publications such as www.sueddeutsche.de, www.engadget.com or www.techcrunch.com.

What are your top three tips for someone looking to get their hands on a job like yours?

  2. Never lose focus.
  3. Work hard.

Career-wise, where do you see yourself in three years’ time?

I hope there won’t be any big changes!
