Former Kellogg’s digital director Alex Tait will join multi-national consumer goods company Unilever, replacing Sarah Mansfield in the role of media director for the UK and Ireland.  

VoucherCodes.co.uk enlisted Séverine Philardeau as vice president of retail and brand solutions to lead the company’s sales, partner management and business development in the UK.

Philardeau leaves behind a post heading up the global partnerships team at TripAdvisor.  

Having founded and developed product feeds specialist FusePump through organic sales, Lee Cash departed to elevate his career as senior business development manager at Qubit.

Audience data specialists Eyeota welcomed Aaron Jackson back to the UK as head of data and partnerships, having served in Singapore as Southeast Asia MD at emerging market planning solutions group Effective Measure.

Agency hires

Starcom MediaVest Group weighed in once more, heralding Adam Hancox to the title of programmatic associate director. Hancox held a similar post as programmatic manager at Havas.

Meanwhile, former MEC group strategy director John Paul Cadman accepted a position as head of strategic planning at global media agency Carat.

Stepping away from a senior post at digital agency Realise, Nathan Fulwood took the newly created role of innovation director at Tayburn to assist with client campaigns, and play a key role in the agency’s business growth.

Former Tradedoubler account manager Mark Calzaverini has stepped up to the role of director of affiliate marketing at Neo@Ogilvy, Madrid. 

And taking a break from the agency-side as global account director at iProspect, Carla Tapia-Cat has accepted the title of performance marketing manager at MORE TH>N.

Online video advertising company Teads announced a new UK managing director international in James Upson. The former chief operating officer at MediaCom South Africa is to work from Teads’ EMEA headquarters in London. The company also enlisted former managing director at MEC Digital Justin Taylor to focus on domestic growth as managing director of Teads’ UK operations. 

The German games marketing platform ad2games announced a triplet of hires to its leadership team, all hailing from Israel’s ad-tech capital, Tel Aviv.

Leaving roles at DSNR Media Group, display advertising expert Stas Rosenbaum will lead ad2games’ direct publisher account management and sales teams. Or Perlman will manage and further develop the company’s strategy for programmatic buying and selling of traffic.

Additionally, Shir Nissanpur will focus on scaling up strategic partnerships with networks worldwide.

Imran Khan, formerly of Nexage, joins global location targeting platform xAd, to lead the programmatic business in Europe, developing key partnerships with publishers and data providers.
