Performance-based online marketing company Daisycon has acquired Belgium-based i-affiliate for an undisclosed sum.

Daisycon says it made the purchase to help shape its growth ambitions and strengthen its position in the European market.

Started in 2006 by Bruno Delepierre, i-affiliate will now be integrated into the Daisycon international network, which the founder feels will deliver huge benefits for existing clients.

“Thanks to the extensive network and reliable system Daisycon simply offers more opportunities for advertisers and publishers of i-affiliate,” Delepierre said.

“Thus, it enables them to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the growth of e-commerce in general, and performance-based marketing in particular.”

Publishers and advertisers that are signed up to i-affiliate will now gain full access to the features and matching technology on Daisycon’s in-house system.
