Sedo Holding and affilinet have announced that CEO Dorothea von Wichert-Nick will be stepping down from the executive board after three years in the role.

The leadership change is said to be the result of a mutual agreement between Wichert-Nick and United Internet, which means the internet services company will take on her responsibilities until further notice.

Affilinet follows the lead of performance marketing network Tradedoubler, which has been undertaking some upper-level management  restructuring of its own after the exit of president and CEO, Rob Wilson.

Strategic development

In a statement released to PerformanceIN, Michael Scheeren, Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Sedo Holding, spoke of his appreciation for Wichert-Nick’s work at the affiliate network.

“We are sorry to part ways with Dorothea von Wichert-Nick and thank her for leading the strategic development of a true pan-European performance business,” Scheeren said

“We would also like to recognise her for her role in implementing initiatives in the field of product development and innovation. We wish Dorothea von Wichert-Nick all the best for the future.”
