After six years as founder of ad:C Media, Michael Kruse now takes on a CEO position at Berlin-based company Belboon. His experience in many performance marketing positions from both publishing and advertising angles will help him to drive the company forward.

Ve Interactive has adopted Sarah Hernandez and her 12 years of B2B marketing experience. Ve has taken her on board as director of commercial marketing.

Joel Christie is now client strategy director at Rocket Fuel, after spending four years with BSkyB. Christie’s time with BSkyB included experience in several marketing positions.

Claire Davenport has joined VoucherCodes.co.uk as general manager. After her previous role as marketing director at FutureLearn, Davenport is now responsible for overseeing and developing VoucherCodes within the UK.

In other VoucherCodes.co.uk news, account director Nicola Carr, has been promoted to senior account director.

UK country manager takes on Spain

Florian Gramshammer, UK country manager at Commission Junction, has expanded his role to include Spanish responsibilities. Gramshammer has been working with the company since 2007.

Performance Horizon Group has been joined by Rachael Wilman as business development manager. Wilman brings a variety of experience from her previous roles at Ve Interactive.

Grace McConnell also moved to Performance Horizon Group from Ve Interactive as client delivery manager.

Peter Glowka, formerly the sales head for German-speaking countries at intelligent app GmbH, is now TrafficCaptain’s chief sales officer, taking charge over an international sales team.

Lynda Vollmer and Rubén González de Luna have become account managers for TrafficCaptain. Their roles include responsibility over performance-based ad placement for mobile and browser game providers.

TrafficCaptain has also gained Cristina Piriz-Roda – she takes on the role of quality assurance and campaign manager.

Network employees join Telegraph & Selfridges

Tania Ross has left Affiliate Window after three years, for a travel manager role at the Telegraph Media Group.

After her time with Affiliate Window, Louise Anderson has also left the company for an online acquisition assistant manager position at Selfridges.

Previous vice president and senior member of the management team, Kimon Zorbas, ended his time with IAB Europe after five years. He is now founder and director of the Digital Business Consulting Group.

Vicki Ferris has been appointed new head of affiliates at MEC. She takes eight years of digital marketing experience to her new role. Ferris will now take control of the affiliates team and management of large accounts at MEC.

Digital marketing manager at Alienation Digital, Jen Rogerson, will  leave the company and join Morrison Bowmore Distillers Ltd, again, as a digital marketing manager.

Vouchercloud now has Ross Truesdale as its new partnerships director. Truesdale was previously at Asperity Employee Benefits.

Google calls

Shachar Radin-Shomrat has been promoted to CMO at myThings. Radin-Shomrat was formerly vice president of marketing and has been with the company for four years.

Tom Rickey has moved from Convertr Media to GDM Digital. His role includes expanding the business within the UK and internationally.

Advisor at Adestra, Matt McGowan, has now joined Google in a ‘strategy – ad agency’ position.
