Inbound Calls ‘Most Lucrative’ Part of Marketing

Call marketing automation company, Invoca, has released new data that shows mobile’s proliferation is behind large increases of inbound phone calls.

According to Invoca, which has rebranded from RingRevenue, billions more mobile users every year are using their mobile devices to make telephone calls to inquire about products and services.

Mobile search is a serious contributor to the rise, with 61% of mobile searches resulting in a call being made from that device. The company’s findings also revealed that 70% of mobile searchers have connected with businesses directly from search pages using click-to-call.
