From broadcasting to performance marketing, Matt Turner has taken the vice president of marketing position at Vouchercodes.co.uk. He joins from BSkyB where he was online sales and marketing chief.

Cake Marketing has enticed PHG’s business development manager across with a director offering. Elizabeth D’Arcy-Potts is the SaaS’ new sales director and will be helping the company build its client base across the world.

D’Arcy-Potts is also joined by ex-ValueClick employee, Ben Cockburn, who is now senior account manager for Europe at Cake, and Silvia Pente who will be bringing her language skills to the role of account manager for Europe.

Retailer switch

Jumping between retailers, Andrew Firmin decided that the year-end was an ideal time to swap the catalogues of Argos for the multi-storey department store. In Firmin, Debenhams have a new senior digital marketing manager.

Tom Pepper was announced as UK managing director at Vibrant Media. His role is said to include consulting with publishers and brands on choosing effective native advertising for both handheld and desktop device environments.

Having successfully launched ResponseTap’s pay-per-call product for the performance marketing and click-to-call industry, Michelle Anthony is now trying her hand in the sales department of Commission Junction.

Found announced the hiring of a new sales director in December. Previously a CEO of search agency High Position, Stephen Dart will now lead Found’s sales strategy, manage its sales team and roll out new services and tools.

Moving to mobile

After two years at direct response digital media agency, The Digital House, Tim Pemberton is adopting a similar director role at tablet and smartphone focused, Yodel Mobile. Pemberton also brings with him agency experience from isobar and the now defunct, i-level.

Nick Harknett and MyVoucherCodes.co.uk owner, Markco Media, have parted ways. The CEO managed more than 100 employees who helped the group, which also incorporates the flash sales and ticketing sectors, to turnover in excess of £10 million.

Fusepump returnee, Lee Cash, is back as managing director after a five-month hiatus at Facebook Exchange DSP, Triggit, where he was vice president of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
