World First for Cart Abandonment App

World First for Cart Abandonment App

Cart recovery experts at Ve Interactive have launched a new Android app to aid merchants.

The new VeMerchant app is a self-contained reporting tool which allows website owners to conveniently track the conversion of abandoned shopping carts.

The app allows online merchants to check how their websites are converting, live and in real time and breaks down key statistics such as abandonments, open rate, click throughs, conversions, emails sent and the conversion rate.

Revenue Breakdown

Ve Interactive’s director of communications, Kathy Heslop, said it is the world's first reporting tool dedicated to reporting abandoned transactions that are captured, remarketed to and converted.

“VeMerchant is ideal for website owners who want to tackle cart abandonment issues and do not use affiliate programs to report sales,” Heslop said.

The app also breaks down the amount of revenue recovered from the year to date or any particular period selected.

No Double Charging

Heslop said VeMerchant can work alongside a user’s affiliate program, as only non-affiliate traffic is converted and this is without overwriting affiliate cookies, depriving them of commission.

“This avoids double-charging affiliate traffic with our conversions and what’s more, with VeMerchant, no de-duping is required, so merchants have full control over transaction authenticity,” Heslop added.
