Multichannel integration still needs work [INFOGRAPHIC]

Lyris has published an infographic delving into the value multichannel marketing. The image was compiled using results from a survey it sponsored earlier this year on digital best practices and general tactics in use among digital marketers.

The infographic revealed respondents to be averse to increasing social spend. Should this respondent segment be indicative of the wider marketing industry, there are signs social expenditure might soon be reaching its ceiling.

Mobile’s proven once again to be the channel that needs the most work. Only 11% of respondents have mobile-optimised commerce. The results show that mobile is the least used digital marketing channel presently.
