AffiliateTraction rolls out LashBack email compliance

AffiliateTraction has announced a new business relationship with LashBack. The agency, a recent entrant to the UK market, will be working to integrate LashBack’s value-added email compliance for the benefit of its publisher network.

News of AffiliateTraction’s partnership with LashBack has led the agency to focus on fostering responsible, sustainable revenue growth for retailers. Offering the Compliance Monitor service will lead AffiliateTraction to manage the data on behalf of its clients.

Closed-loop emailing

CEO of LashBack, Peter Wilson believes his product is differs to some of the others that are available. “LashBack is unique because it provides a 'closed-loop' on commercial email messages being sent to millions of consumers each day, including sending practices and header information,” he said.

LashBack’s service aims to give publishers more opportunities by identifying CAN-SPAM and other compliance violations. The byproduct is that internet retailers will have peace of mind because third-party communications bearing their branding won’t have a nefarious undercurrent.

Greg Shepherd, AffiliateTraction’s CEO, disclosed how locking down the email channel was the easy option for retailers, but he hopes that LashBack gives them viable alternative. “The solution is not to cut, but to make them safe to engage in," he said.
