Neverblue, recently acquired by GlobalWide Media, has unveiled the Neverblue Game Performance Network. The new service lets game developers sell directly to gamers across search, social, display, mobile and email channels on a global basis.
Game developers and publishers can make life easier by outsourcing their affiliate marketing programs. The new network's outsourcing features include affiliate sign-ups, tracking and reporting, affiliate payouts, dispute resolution, quality control, contact management and international traffic development.
Expanding into new sectors appears to be top of Neverblue’s agenda having just launched its Fashion Performance Network. The company points to recent Forrester research as one reason behind its latest move. It claims 79% of game marketers plan to release iPhone apps in 2012 and 39% have an iPad app ready for 2012.
Neverblue’s Vice President of Sales and Business Development , Eric J. Gerritsen, believes his company’s features to be well-suited to the gaming world. “Neverblue offers a multi-model marketing platform, including an industry-leading app Cost-Per-Install (CPI) model that represents the perfect way to distribute gaming apps to mobile users,” he said.
