News reaching A4u today sees the overall AffiliateFuture business to be directed by Gavin Male, whilst overseas Maria del Mar Souza Fontan continues leading the EU division and Brian Lim remains the Head of Network in the US.
As well as creating a new division – Product Development – there has been an organisational restructure and a number of employees are being sourced to fill a range of vacancies within the newly defined teams.
Why the changes at AffiliateFuture?
Gavin Male, the Managing Director of TMN Group – who is now fully directing AffiliateFuture, said: “By moving AffiliateFuture fully alongside the enlarged TMN team we will be able to drive the business forward using the combined resource of the group rather than having an isolated senior management structure. It is essential that we have talented and experienced leaders on board to support our objectives and these changes will enhance the efficiency of the business and provide a wider selection of products for our clients as well as giving greater opportunity to the affiliate supplier base - which is absolutely essential to our ongoing success. The first of these multi-divisional products, LeadCentral, will be fully launched following a stage of beta testing later this month.”
Male added, “There have been a number of challenges in recent times which, in hindsight, we may have dealt with in a more effective manner and the wider management experience of the new senior team will ensure that in future, potential issues will be dealt with in a more efficient manner. Reporting to myself, these four senior executives – Mark Ash, Joanna Flegg, Phil Blackman and Len Burgess – will in their respective areas of responsibility focus on growing the AffiliateFuture business whilst improving our service offerings for current clients and suppliers.”
