Urban Gillström, CEO of TradeDoubler

"TradeDoubler's focus will be to provide a world-class network, increase our own efficiency and create a strong sales culture. To succeed in our ambition to grow faster than the market we need to create a higher transparency - towards clients, publishers, partners, media agencies and employees"

Each unit will have a greater focus on sales with clear targets being set for sales and profitability, as well as responsibility for developing relationships.

Affiliate & Campaign Unit

In 2010, it is expected that the new 'Network' unit (encompassing 'Affiliate' and 'Campaign') will generate 85% of group gross profit, with 'Search' and 'Technology' estimated to generate 6% and 9% respectively.
