CAKE is a marketing technology company providing the leading SaaS enterprise platform for real-time marketing intelligence. Our mission is to address the challenges and opportunities in tracking and analyzing the massive amounts of clicks generated from mobile, affiliate, display, retail, lead generation campaigns and more.  Our executive team possesses decades of online marketing experience and a deep understanding of digital analytics across a breadth of industries, leading us to nearly 200% year-over-year growth the last two years. 


Our onboarding team is an integral piece of the Client Services Team at the CAKE UK Office and we are currently looking to recruit an experienced client trainer who can work both to support our clients on the most effective path to get up and running as quickly as possible with our platform, while working to implement best practice and processes to help shape the growth and success of the wider team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Primary responsibility for the training and onboarding of new CAKE clients
  • Getting to know each client’s business to ensure that they are getting the most out of the platform
  • Development of bespoke client roadmaps and training plans to guide them through successful account set-up
  • Building strong relationships with clients and remaining a secondary go-to throughout the life of the client
  • Consistent monitoring and maintenance of clients during the training process providing reports and updates to the Operations Director
  • Develop a strong relationships and processes with our sales team to ensure smooth client handover
  • Become a CAKE product expert and offer feedback on any challenges to product team and wider team
  • Develop best practice processes and reporting to ensure a proactive approach to training for the wider team and effective liaison with account management team


  • 3-5 years in an equivalent onboarding or training role
  • Solid technical background- Working knowledge of HTML, XML, Javascript, Basic web technologies (DNS, HTTP, SSL), Web Services/API’s
  • A strong understanding of the online advertising and performance marketing industry
  • Effective instructive abilities; clear verbal and written communication
  • Fluency in languages other than English is a plus
  • Highly organized
  • Proactive and proven to work on your own initiative
