To our office in Warsaw we are looking for:

Sales Manager Poland

You will be joining an international corporation with passionate, dynamic and multicultural coworkers.

Reporting: Country Manager Poland
 

Main assignments:

> Commercial activities :

  • prospection of direct clients,
  • prospection and partnerships with agencies,
  • management of loyalty of clients portfolio,
  • formulation of commercial proposals,
  • negotiation and management of the contractual elements,
  • monitoring the evolution of results and gross margin, recovery of payments,
  • action plan definition, implementation and monitoring,
  • attending events: trade shows, evening workshops, breakfast.

> Client relationship:

  • management of relationships with advertisers and agencies,
  • management of advertising campaigns,
  • implementation of programs and reporting to the production team,
  • reporting to the clients and monitoring.
     

Skills/qualities:

  • mastery of professional English and Polish,
  • coming from a post graduate background (preferably a Master degree specialized in business, marketing or communication and new technologies from a business school or university,
  • at least 2 years of experiences in the same field, with both agencies and direct clients,
  • knowledge of the online-advertising community and competitors' offers and prices,
  • good communication skills,
  • really good commercial sense,
  • team spirit,
  • practical skills of negotiating,
  • willingness to frequent business travels.
