The Client Services Director will be based within the Client Services Team and has full responsibility for a growing portfolio of clients and a growing team of account managers and executives (currently 5).  She/he is overall in charge of growing the current client portfolio revenue and gross profit whilst developing skills and expertise within the team. 

The Client Services Director works across all R.O.Eye clients with the exception of eBay.  She/he is involved in the client’s digital marketing strategies she/he has strong relationships with Senior Managers on the client side and also often has contact with other of the client’s external parties such as Media Agencies, Advertisement Agencies and Interactive Agencies.

  • Demonstrate profitable growth of client accounts though wide-ranging account management skills

  • Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results

The job will require you to:

  • Grow the client portfolio revenues to reach GP goals

  • Grow the top clients GP to exceed client growth expectations

  • Coach and lead your team

  • Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business

  • Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships

  • Advise on all aspects of the online marketing mix and their deployment to achieve a clients business objectives

  • Recommend other R.O.Eye products and services to your clients as appropriate

  • Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of performance-based marketing

  • Have a profound knowledge about on and offline marketing and branding theories

**Specific activities include:**

  • Managing the Client Services team

  • Regular communication and reporting to the Managing Director

  • Liaising with the Production department regards technical requirements

  • Recruitment

  • Negotiating deals with top-tier publishers

  • Optimisation

  • Learning the objectives of the client

  • Formulating strategies and setting targets

  • Segmentation and Categorisation

  • Negotiating commission structure with client


  • Reporting to the client

  • Reporting accurate revenue and GP figures on a regular basis to the Financial Controller

  • Time reporting of the client services team
