As a Junior Account Manager at FusePump you will be responsible for the daily running of several client accounts as part of the Client Services team. You will be working closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all clients are being serviced to the highest possible standard. 

Key Responsibilities

Provide a quality customer service to Clients and managing campaigns with due care, attention and initiative.
Establish and maintain a good and professional working relationship with Clients and also Industry partners.
Providing timely and accurate feedback on campaign performance to Clients (with the support of the Account Executives). Proactively resolving challenges.
Managing work load and ensuring support to the Account Managers objectives.
Consult with technical client implementations, offering advice and support with product and business knowledge.


1 Years’ Experience in Digital Marketing
A firm understanding of Affiliate Marketing and online marketing in general
Excellent client servicing skills with an analytical eye for creating reports and feeding findings back to the Client
Proven track record of not only building but maintaining client relationships
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A self-motivated individual who is well organised and client focussed
A good team player with a strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail, proof reading skills, with copywriting skills to quality standards.
