FusePump is looking for an intelligent, forward-looking and proactive Junior Account Manager with a degree or equivalent experience to help our business grow and develop. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will support the BuyNow team to help them deliver a high quality service.
You will take responsibility for a range of tasks including, but not limited to, data validation, quality assurance of external data and internal tools, monitoring the performance and quality of the BuyNow service, contributing to client relationships and collation of reports.
Managing many aspects of our data mapping and data quality monitoring to maintain a high quality of service
Using a pre-qualified template, evaluate prospective partner websites and feedback results to the BuyNow Team.
Assist in Quality Assurance:
Checking data quality between FusePump databases vs. partner websites.
Sanity checking live data
Documenting user journeys to provide client feedback
Assist with new client, country and/or partner launches including, offer data validation, product data validation, colour data validation.
Correctly identifying issues with any products and services to the BuyNow team and technical team and working proactively to resolve these.
You will be expected to contribute feedback as well as suggestions on how we can improve the service to achieve the overall objectives for our clients.
Assist in roll out of our conversion tracking tags across our clients’ partner sites and report on progress
Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent English language skills
Excellent communications and organisation skills
High level of competency with Microsoft Office suite

An analytical eye for creating reports and feeding findings back to the BuyNow team
Additional skills that would be helpful:
Experience in affiliate marketing or online advertising
Basic Knowledge of programming methodologies (Specifically agile)
Fluency in other languages
Degree in computing or another related discipline
Knowledge of SQL
Commercial experience is not a necessity however it would be beneficial if you have some relevant work experience either within online marketing and/or within a service driven environment. Experience and a basic understanding of online marketing technologies and practices would also be a distinct advantage.
