German speaking Affiliate & Partner Manager
Location: Berlin (you will be required to travel within Europe as well)

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has now arisen for a German speaking Senior Affiliate & Partner Manager to join the team.
Working within an experienced team, as a Senior Affiliate & Partner Manager, you will run the strategic overall delivery of our German accounts for various clients and provide support with all marketing activities. This will involve developing our strategic partnerships with networks and publishers.
You will co-ordinate the overall delivery of media and coverage plans across our German programmes, proactively source new partners and help negotiating the best deals for our clients and agency.
With your confident manner, you will be willing to pick up the phone and recruit new affiliates and create strong long-term relationships with clients.

Strategic programme management incl. performance forecasting, budgeting and creation of media and campaign plans
Account set up and account management
Sourcing, evaluating and recruiting new partners and affiliate
Campaign planning and reporting according to clients marketing and trading calendar
Identifying sales and brand exposure opportunities to grow the programs
Managing budgets based on both spend and campaign performance metrics as well as optimise those budgets accordingly
Managing Affiliate and blogger database
Building relationships with networks and publishers to ensure maximum coverage and exposure
Manage affiliate and partnership marketing budget to track spend and ROI
Client reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and ensure quality standards in report delivery and commentary comply with clients’ needs
Creating and sending out affiliate communications
Monitor and analyse affiliate performance measure affiliate effectiveness
What we expect from you:
At least 2 years experiences within affiliates, key account and/or partnership management
At least 1 year strategic affiliate marketing
Familiar with affiliate networks and publisher as well as tracking
Confident in building relationships with content publishers and bloggers
Team player that is used to work in a fast paced environment and willing to take over responsibility
Familiar with reporting on affiliate KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly as well as ad hoc basis
German language essential, fluent in English
Line management experiences desirable but not essential

You must also be a confident communicator in German and English, whilst an understanding of how the affiliate market works in either of those markets would be a distinct advantage.
As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be confident and creative with strong communication skills. Good attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills and a logical approach are also key. Whilst not essential, the ideal candidate will have eCommerce and fashion experience. An understanding of all other online marketing processes, including social, email marketing, search engine optimisation, display and blog/forum marketing, would be beneficial but by no means essential.
