Unfortunately some of our reports are delayed. We anticipate everything being back up to date by midday. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working to diagnose the problem to ensure it doesn't happen again.

I was about to post a new thread, for advice
However, is this what is causing the Payment Balances to no longer add up?

Last week (as an example)
Cleared Balance £50.00
Uncleared Balance £25.00
Pending Balance £25.00
Next payment amount £50.00

This week
Cleared Balance £50.00
Uncleared Balance £150.00
Pending Balance £25.00
Next payment amount £50.00

I can't work out why the Uncleared Balance has suddenly increased
It is as if the previous payment has not been deducted (in the example above, £125.00)

Mine was working perfectly well, until about 2 weeks ago
I find it very easy to follow clicks through to payment
However the current report doesn't make sense and suggests I am going to receive an extremely large payment next month (July 2012), and the only conclusion I can come to is that the previous payment has not been deducted

You can usually see a figure in payment history by now but not this time.

Due to the delays this may be the cause of your problems, as there may be a confusion with the data that has been aggregated. If the problems persist and the numbers you are seeing don't seem right to you, please get in touch and I will look in to these issues further for you.

The next payment figure has been present for the last few months and working correctly
Selecting the period and adding up the commissions it is correct (and I've checked previous months before)

When this updated last week, that was when the Uncleared Balance showed an unusual and unexpected amount (about double the next payment amount)

OK but does anything show in payment history for yesterday, as that's what really matters? Usually it would by now but even 24 hours later it hasn't been updated, for me anyway.

Mine updates every day just about
It then suspends and doesn't change from 15/xx of the month for about 7 days, and resets

Ok I still haven't received the payment made on 1st of June. I understand there were holidays in between but it's 4 working days already.

Has anyone else seen the payment in their bank account or has this just happened to me only?

Ok I still haven't received the payment made on 1st of June

Mine is the 15th of each month
I receive payment about 3 business days later

I tend to look at AWStats if I notice a sudden change (reduction) in the number of impressions
I had this on 21 June, reduction from about expected 250 to about 50
I then went to google and noticed a malware warning
This was a false positive, and reported this to google which they removed within 1 hour

I don't tend to monitor daily stats, they are often affected by various factors (such as weather, local holidays, etc)
I tend to compare four week periods
