Just tried to sign up, firstly my google toolbar blocked the 'sign up' popup.

Also when I tried to enter my email address the site doesn't appear to allow the the @ symbol.

I'm useing Firefox.

Any ideas?

Hi Dancey,
Sorry to hear you're having problems, but I'll try to help.

First, regarding the popup blocker. This would have to do with the security settings of the software. This happens sometimes with some sites, unfortuantely. Popups must be disabled temporarily or the settings much be changed.

The second problem is not something we've encountered before. We do support firefox, so that isn't the problem. I suggest you contact our 24/7 support team, who will be more than happy to assist you.

Just to say I signed up (using internet explorer) and had no problem with the popups or the '@'

However it's been about 6 hours since i made a deposit of £10 and it's not shown up in the af stat's yet (the click has but not the sale/lead), are the stat's batched?

Think AF sent an email out last week saying there was a tracking issue with this and to not promote.

Don't think i still have the email, but will see if I can find it.

At the moment it's not tracking correctly. The failure appears to be with the merchant recognising the first deposit and displaying our code. Things are being tracked for those that have left links up and we are trying to assign any sales that don't track back to the relevant affiliates.

We'll let everyone know when we're 100% confident that it's all tracking correctly.

Everything is now working correctly, email will be coming round tomorrow to confirm. We think we have assigned all the commissions from sales that came through, if you have any issues please let us know directly.
