After seeing numerous threads I think it's about time the 'programs' that affiliates have difficulties getting payments for are named and shamed. I will start them off with Olympic Holidays. Out of month by month sales received realistically only one payment all year representing 20% of what is due.
Who is not paying and why we can only speculate on.

I second that one. Olympic Holidays are an outright disgrace. The best thing of all is its only a couple of months ago they were the "Sponsors" of some travel event Affiliate Future were advertising on their homepage! Interesting how they managed to pay for that but cant seem to manage to actually pay their own affiliates. Its about time AF grew some cahunas and got this mess sorted out. Not even an explanation/apology. Dont promote them anymore but that doesnt stop me wanting my historic commission before they go pop. For all their faults CJ have the right approach on this, quick payments and if merchants dont pay they are taken offline until they do.
I am astounded how a company can keep non-paying merchants for so long without taking action and expect to keep affiliates or remain in business.
I love the way that when someone complains like with this thread, instead of dealing with it they simpy try to quickly add numerous other threads about vanilla flavoured nothing in order to knock the bad news down the list. That'll deal with it!
We dropped all Affiliate Future merchants from our sites many months ago, a decision that was made easier when Affilired recently removed all of their travel merchants from the network.
Affiliate Future still owe us money, but nothing compared to what they once did. We now have a very clear policy: We do not promote any Affiliate Future merchant under any circumstance.
I read somewhere that their MD Gavin Male has been head hunted, and will be leaving the company in September. I think that whoever replaces him has a mammoth task to restore affiliate confidence.
To say AffiliateFuture owe you money is inaccurate, AffiliateFuture is not holding onto any affiliate commissions. We payout everything we have received in payment from the merchant by the 15th of every month and to conflate AffiliateFuture with some slow paying merchants I believe is doing a disservice to the merchants on the network that pay their invoices promptly.
I say to yourself and anyone else top raise a ticket at AffiliateFuture Support Desk - Powered by Kayako Fusion Help Desk Software with the subject line 'Payment' and we will look into your allocation report.
I have spoken personally to bapages yesterday concerning Olympic Holidays and his is now in a much better position for it.
I do understand your frustrations but I will stress again AffiliateFuture are not standing in the way of affiliates being paid.
If anyone would like to speak to me directly about their account then please do so.

Kenny, I think its reasonable to assume that most on here dont actually think that AF have been paid by merchants but havent passed it on, I think we know its a case of the merchant simply not paying their bills. However the fact is that it is Affiliate Future have a duty to earn their share of the commission and they appear to simply not be doing their job. To have a merchant like Olypic Holidays pay once all year is simply not acceptable and I would challenge you to demonstrate otherwise. In this instance it would seem they are being allowed to carry on regardless of this, and even chosen to sponsor your travel day or similar not long ago - why?
Part of AF role is to act as an effective conduit between affiliate and merchant. Whilst your committment to creating tickets via the AffiliateFuture Support Desk - Powered by Kayako Fusion Help Desk Software is admirable, why on earth should affiliates have to chase up non paying merchants - isnt it your job to manage expectations and inform affiliates of payment issues as in this case? Question - if you have known since the 15th July that Olympic Holidays have not paid their bill yet again why has the account manager for the programme not sent an apology email out to those effected explaining why and the actions being taken. Remember with the prehistoric capabilities of the AF interface we have to just sit there like chumps on the 8th to see if we have been thrown a few crumbs this month when in fact you knew 3 weeks earlier that there would be no payment - why should we have to raise tickets to find out about these issues - what exactly do AF think there job actually is?
I know you say everyone is working hard behind the scenes but it doesnt seem that way. Remember you get your salary regardless but unfortunately I cannot pay my mortgage with good intentions. I wonder if AF staff salary was linked to the % of invoices paid each month we would see an immediate and miraculous improvement in bills paid.
Until you are little more proactive and at least show some desire to justify your share of the commission and go some way to make up for the shortcomings of the technology you offer then you are always going to be dealing with angry and frustrated customers (yes thats right we are customers as well as the merchants!)
It was never suggested that AF were holding onto merchants payments, but the absence of a clear and transparent reporting system means that affiliates are always going to question "why haven't I been paid this month?"
Yes, we can raise a support ticket, but many affiliates work outside of the normal Monday to Friday 9 to 5 routine, so a reply within 24 hours doesn't always help.
AF have promised to release a reporting system for too long now, and I notice that the thread relating to it is once again slipping down the listings. Why won't you just tell us the progress on this project?
Olympic Holidays owe me money too!
deactivate them and force their hand! its the summer season and they are rolling in money. Its October/November that they pay out to all the hotels etc and end up bankrupt (joke)
BA Pages - In the absence of any kind of communication from AF on whats happening with this, would you care to advise the rest of us, based on your conversation, whether they have advised a payment is expected with regards Olympic Holidays to save the rest of us having to sit and wait until 8th Sep or have to all raise tickets individually for something that, given the circumstances, AF should take upon themselves to communicate out to everyone affected proactively, but dont seem to feel its their duty to do so (despite them knowing since 15th Aug if any payments have been made by the merchant).
Thanks
Hi all,
With regards Olympic Holidays, we have received payment for some invoices. Please PM or email me your affiliate ID's - I can let you know how much has been allocated to you for payment on the 8th of September.
Many thanks,
John

John - thanks for at least providing some feedback on this. Two questions just to manage peoples expectations:-
1. What months invoices did they manage to pay? (ie Jan / Feb / Mar / Apr?)
2. What reason did they offer as to why they have not payed all outstanding invoices? (which presumably they haven't if you say "some")
Thanks
does anyone else see the need for holidaynights to be added to this list? still awaiting payments for sales from april onwards.....
Hi there,
Would you please email me your affiliate id and I will have a look at the reason for this for you.

Kind Regards
Sinead
